Christmas Eve was a sad for the EPG team as it was Graham’s last day before he retired. Graham has been at EPG for over twenty years. We will miss his expertise on the intricate parts of various industry codes and his sleuthing to solve many customer metering issues but most of all we will miss his sense of humour and encouragement!

Graham has helped steer EPG through so many industry changes including EBDS and EBRS. Thanks Graham and enjoy your retirement!
