When we visit your premises

Metering can be complex and so there are times we might need to send a representative to your site to inspect the meter or carry out further work. Site visits will always planned in advance and you will be informed of when they will take place and try to make sure it is a suitable date.

Identifying our contract

We use reputable contractors who should arrive using recognisable branded vehicles and clothing that identifies the contractor they work for. They will always carry a valid identity card for you to check – please do ask to see it if it has not already been offered to you. Take your time to check that the photograph matches with who is offering it to you and its expiry date to be sure that it is still valid.

You can choose a password for us to use when people visit – if you wish to set a password email us at backoffice@epgenergy.com and we will save it in our records.
